As an integral member of our corporate services team, you will be maintaining the company infrastructure and back-office systems that keep us moving at high speed.

How you’ll spend your days:

• Serving as the primary administrator for NetSuite to meet evolving business needs.
• Improving and correcting any problems in Netsuite related to customer setup, item setup, vendor setup, sales order processing, product inventory management or other functional areas.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, focusing on the Advanced Inventory Module and complex inventory SKUs.
• Working knowledge of middleware and API communications with NetSuite, including data mapping.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google App Suite, and helpdesk systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and capable of managing your time, tasks, and activities without daily guidance.
