Responsibilities of the role:

This role will oversee the design, implementation, user training, and maintenance of NetSuite and other company software systems.

  • Support and train users on system navigation, report creation, and daily task processing.
  • Create/maintain/assign user security roles.
  • Customize on-demand & scheduled system reports.
  • Customization of saved searches, report creation, tables, field creation, mapping, and forms appropriate for each role.
  • Address issues, concerns, and errors that users encounter with systems.
  • Coordinate/troubleshoot data interchange between engineering system and NetSuite.
  • Gather reporting requirements from company stakeholders and communicate to development resources (internal & external).
  • Troubleshoot reporting output & deliverables.
  • CSV imports
  • Provide ongoing NetSuite training for company users.
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.
  • Review of product data, inventory data, and eCommerce integrations to ensure the integrity of reported inventory, the accuracy of accounting information, and ease of management.
  • Create or update dashboards and reports as needed to support business needs.
  • Administers complex configuration, integration, and maintenance of NetSuite and other critical business systems (data warehouses).
  • Makes system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of processes.
  • Manages data migrations and other data transformation activities between systems
  • Designs, documents, builds, tests, deploys and maintains enhancements to NetSuite custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring company data and systems are adequately safeguarded and protected.
  • Leads projects to integrate third-party software systems with our systems.
  • Manages and supports existing enterprise system integrations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Certifications, and Preferred Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related degree or an equivalent of 10 years of experience.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience administrating NetSuite and other back-office systems.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in system administration of front-office business systems is also desired.
  • SQL database experience, and familiarity with database extraction tools is required.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook are required.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Planning / Organization - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities/deadlines and shift priorities.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Develops alternative solutions.
  • Judgment - Displays willingness to make decisions under pressure that impact both internal and external customers. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Makes timely decisions.
  • Strong training ability to various skill levels.
  • 3rd Party Plugin Integration Experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting integrations, data flow, data integrity, and necessary tools to do so

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk and talk; and use hands to type.

Compensation and Benefits Offered:

  • Compensation: $75k – $150k
