We are looking for an Engineering Manager within our Internal Platform team to lead the Business Solutions team and execute the strategy of replacing our existing ERP with NetSuite technology to provide for a more robust platform, integrating with our other systems. The role success relies heavily on collaboratively partnering with finance, operations, accounting, product, data science, UX, and other teams within the organization to identify the highest impact technology opportunities to enhance the product and user experience. This is a hybrid role that may require presence for onsite team meetings in Santa Ana, CA as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the leadership team to lead the long term technical vision for the Business Solutions team focusing on migrating to our new ERP system (NetSuite) and integrating with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Workday.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP system running projects in collaboration with the business, product team and stakeholders to assess business requirements, craft solutions and deliver within deadlines emphasizing NetSuite best practices.
  • Collaborate and lead engineering team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions by conducting research, design and development of optimal solutions.
  • Lead NetSuite projects across all Software Development Life Cycle stages ie discovery, build, testing, training and deployment.

Who you are:

  • A hands-on manager who enjoys coding and staying technical.
  • Spend 50% of the time leading a team of 2-3 Software Engineers and the other 50% working on tasks with your team.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and configuring NetSuite.
  • Deep understanding of various processes in NetSuite such as payment methods and integrations with third party applications such as Salesforce, Coupa, Adaptive Planning, etc.
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Inventory & Order Management modules.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite Software system architecture, roles and permissions, Suite Analytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and SuiteScript 2.x.
  • Ability to review independently all NetSuite system designs and configuration undertakings.
  • Ability to perform data analysis, data source identification, conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings and presentations together with good understanding of data import and export using CSV, APIs and using other methods between NetSuite and 3rd party systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of Security protocols and practices and have problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during application configurations, deployment of scripts or workflows and during NetSuite releases.
  • NetSuite Admin/ERP Consultant Certification or NetSuite Developer Certification preferred.
  • B.S/M.S in Computer Science or related fields preferred.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
