The Senior NetSuite developer will be part of a program that converts multiple systems and products into the Enterprise NetSuite platform. The NetSuite Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of products into NetSuite, including maintenance and enhancements to existing products, customizations, scripts, and workflows.

Core Responsibilities

  • General NetSuite configuration, development & administration tasks
  • Design, deployment, and management of NetSuite Workflows
  • Design, deployment, and management of the SuiteCloud platform customization
  • Analysis of Workflows to improve efficiency
  • Data migration, manipulations and conversions
  • Configuration of Custom Records, Custom Fields, and Custom Forms
  • Record creation including product set up
  • Installation and maintenance of NetSuite bundles
  • Creation of saved searches and reports
  • Regular evaluation of the NetSuite implementation in order to identify and address outstanding issues, and provide recommended optimizations

Requirements

  • Minimum four years' general programming experience
  • Proficient with JavaScript, XML, and JSON
  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL or OracleSQL
  • Experience with Git
  • System implementation and system integration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience implementing and administrating ERP/CRM systems
  • Able to manage timelines
  • Team player with project related experience

Preferred:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification
  • SuiteCloud Developer Certification
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Developer Framework
  • Experience developing in SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteScript 2.1
  • Experience with ODBC

This position reports into Chicago and can be based anywhere in the U.S. (i.e. remote/virtual) and / or Canada.

This role will require some travel to and from Canada from the United States and may require travel to the United States from Canada if appropriate.

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
