Description
Qualifications
*Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in:
*Implementation or Post-Implementation experience in ERP, CRM or NetSuite Connector projects in a functional consultant, administrator, or end-user role
*Strong knowledge of inventory management, product management, order management, international and domestic taxes, NetSuite data fields are essential
*Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
*To be self-directed and motivated
Responsibilities
*As a trusted advisor, functional consultant, provides consulting and managed services including:
*Optimization NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Connector solutions by leading activations, configuration, troubleshooting, customizations, and setup of bundles of NetSuite accounts
*Requirements gathering for discovery, design reviews and fulfilling the requirements
*Handling of customer concerns based on their requirements and company policies & procedures
*Utilizing of customer hours, is proactive in customer's account
*Data mapping and management consultation and guidance
*Building a long-term relationship with customers from C-level executives to front-line administrators with credibility and confidence to be the trusted ERP advisor
*Travel: modest to moderate, as required
