**Summary:**

Lead and manage an application development solution team within the Oracle NetSuite Customer Success Consulting Delivery Technical Services Practice.

**Preferred Qualifications include:**

• 5+ years of experience in leading software application development and delivery teams

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Manager/Solution Architect OR a senior level software application consulting role with a consulting firm or leading software provider

• Technical background, experience in system architecture, object-oriented design, web frameworks and patterns

• Exceptional escalation management skills

• Experience developing cost estimates for Customer Success Consulting efforts, as well as presenting value propositions

• Excellent customer relationship acumen with comfort interacting at the "C" level

• Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing

• Excellent understanding of the software and high tech industry standard business practices as related to ERP

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plus

• Experience creating and presenting SOW for new and existing customers is a plus

• Experience with an established ERP system.

• Experience developing web applications using JSP/Servlets, DHTML, and JavaScript

**Travel:**

• Modest to moderate, as appropriate

**Responsibilities**

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. Demonstrates multiple business process expertise within one product family or technology solutions architect and design expertise for one technology product and understand cross stack impacts.

**Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)**

New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
