RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a NetSuite System Administrator and Analyst in Austin, TX.

Summary:
The NetSuite System Administrator and Analyst is adept at the daily operations of the platform as well as understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions. Having the ability to solve problems and a keen ability to understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical and functional business perspective is imperative.

You are:
Passionate about figuring out how a system should work and how changes in the future will affect it. You possess strong business skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and implementing ways to improve systems to make business processes more efficient and improve data integrity. Having strong working knowledge NetSuite's Cloud /SaaS based business software systems (ERP) and experience in, -owning the platform- and providing client support within the NetSuite environment, you are a pro at gathering data and analyzing business and user needs and working with key stakeholders to put those needs in motion.

Responsibilities:

• Creating documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, policies, procedures, workflows and user guides
• Performing functional configuration and maintenance for systems based on changing operational and business needs
• Research transactional issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions
• Assist all departments with data analysis and reporting needs
• Maintain proper system access for all roles
• Support end user requests for new searches, reports, KPI's, dashboards
