As a NetSuite SuiteCommerce Expert at, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our SuiteCommerce Advanced platform to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Development, E-commerce and Marketing, to drive the growth and success of our online business.


Integration and Configuration:

  • Integrate SuiteCommerce with other NetSuite modules, third-party applications, and payment gateways.
  • Configure and maintain e-commerce functionalities such as pricing, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Provide expert support for SuiteCommerce Advanced upgrades and migrations, ensuring a seamless transition.

Data Management:

  • Manage product data, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and availability.
  • Support marketing initiatives by implementing sales pricing, coupons, and promotions.
  • Work together with our SEO specialist to Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times, to enhance user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure the security and compliance of the SuiteCommerce platform, including handling customer data in accordance with regulations.

UX/UI Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve the overall user interface and user experience of the online store.
  • Take part in customization and development of SuiteCommerce Advanced features to meet the specific needs of our web store.

Training and Documentation:

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on SuiteCommerce features and best practices, as well as features offered on our website.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and customizations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced development and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplace, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative multi-national team environment.
  • NetSuite certification is a plus.
