The Role

As the Netsuite Staff Accountant you will be responsible for accounting, admin and support functions for multiple locations:

Your responsibilities will include:

• General functions: filing, organize vendor/customer files, mail, etc
  * Data entry/support for AP
  * Maintain excel spreadsheets for reconciliation of accounts and other analysis
  * Provide consistent and accurate accounting help to operations
  * Perform end of the month tasks: review/reconcile corporate cards, vendor statements, etc
  * Execute various projects/duties as needed

YOU

To be a good fit for this role you should have the following experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience
  * Minimum of 2 years working in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  * Minimum of 1 year working with Netsuite ERP system
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately
  * Ability to prioritize the completion of multiple projects assigned simultaneously
  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and management interaction
  * Basic accounting skills with ability to perform simple analytics High attention to detail and ability to efficiently work on several projects at once
  * Excellent soft-skills for working amongst the accounting and admin team
  * Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
