ROLE OVERVIEW (ON-SITE POSITION)

As a NetSuite SuiteCommerce Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) web stores and related systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and seamless e-commerce experiences for our customers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SuiteCommerce architecture, customization, and integration, along with the ability to oversee the development on NetSuite / SCA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attain an in-depth understanding of our sophisticated, highly customized website architecture, developed on the NetSuite / SuiteCommerce stack.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SuiteCommerce Advanced solutions, ensuring high-performance, secure, fault-tolerant, and responsive web applications.
• Pioneer the development of robust and performant APIs to seamlessly integrate SuiteCommerce with diverse third-party ecosystems.
• Liaise effectively with the Technical Marketing unit to align with SEO imperatives and performance optimizations. Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Customize SuiteCommerce themes, templates, and modules to align with design and functionality requirements.
• Devise and execute comprehensive testing protocols, meticulously documenting the spectrum of implemented processes and solutions.
• Architect backend customizations within the NetSuite ERP to underpin streamlined process automation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with SuiteCommerce advancements, industry trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SuiteCommerce Advanced development.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of B2B E-Commerce concepts, UI/UX principles, and responsive design.
• Strong experience with NetSuite customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven track record of leading complex SuiteCommerce projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative multi-national team environment.
• NetSuite SuiteCommerce certification is a plus.
