Our clients are a start up food production company that works closely with consumers and restaurants to deliver high quality products.

The Role

As the Netsuite Accountant you will be responsible for accounting, admin and support functions for multiple locations:

Your responsibilities will include:

• General functions: filing, organize vendor/customer files, mail, etc
  * Data entry/support for AP
  * Maintain excel spreadsheets for reconciliation of accounts and other analysis
  * Provide consistent and accurate accounting help to operations
  * Perform end of the month tasks: review/reconcile corporate cards, vendor statements, etc
• Perform variance analysis to budget
  * Execute various projects/duties as needed

YOU

To be a good fit for this role you should have the following experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience
  * Minimum of 2 years working in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  * Minimum of 1 year working with Netsuite ERP system
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately
  * Ability to prioritize the completion of multiple projects assigned simultaneously
  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and management interaction
