The NetSuite Consulting Practice Manager will lead a team of technical and functional consultants performing the necessary detailed analysis and design for the development of an enterprise-wide Architecture pre- and Post-sales. This position is actively involved, as a member of project teams, in applying accounting knowledge to the industry and related applications. Overall responsible for the quality of the delivery of the system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementations and changes to existing systems with a focus on construction industry applications built for and on NetSuite
• Analyze and validate enterprise business process and drivers to determine impact on solution and architectures
• Create High level solution implementation design and resolve deployment challenges
• The ability and desire to work with a number of accounting and project management systems including but not limited to NetSuite
• Manages the scope of the project and controls change management
• Determine appropriate future state architectures and mechanisms, in particular, optimizing existing customer solutions
• Documentation on all designs and implementations should be completed according to the firm's standards
• Provide construction industry specific coaching and training to clients
• Provide feedback on learning from involvement in project activity to further refine the target architecture

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Construction Management, Construction Science, MIS or Information Systems or anything related to the construction/engineering field
• 8+ years of experience in construction operations, construction consulting, project management, cost accountant, construction controller and/or project estimation specific to the industry
• 5+ years of experience in the following financial applications/services: NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, OpenAir, Mavenlink, Procore, COINS, Timberline, Viewpoint or other industry specific applications
• Demonstrated initiative in researching and understanding the implications of emerging technology
• Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience as a construction controller, construction management consultant
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel
• MBA or other graduate degree
