Ledgent Technology is seeking NetSuite IT Project Manager.

Candidates must possess experience in IT project management, NetSuite, and eCommerce platforms.

This is a hybrid position located in Doral, FL. Only local candidates will be considered.

What you will be doing:

Analyze and improve business processes and workflows for the Supply Chain and Finance NetSuite modules

Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance productivity

Work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and systems

Customize NetSuite to meet business requirements

Provide functional requirements to development and integration teams for NetSuite and other technology landscape components

Guide business users on NetSuite functionality, processes, and best practices

Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and workflows

Provide user training and support as needed

Support the company's production IT environments

Develop a multigenerational project portfolio of business innovation and improvement initiatives

Implement an IT platform to support the company's growth and diversification plans

Continuously improve IT applications to enhance the quality of IT service and reduce operational and support costs

Work with customers and suppliers to conduct business transactions electronically

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to NetSuite and related technology components

What you should bring to the table:

Degree in related field

2+ years of experience in project management and business analysis

2+ years of experience working with NetSuite in the Supply Chain and Finance modules

Experience working with an eCommerce platform in conjunction with NetSuite

IT project management experience from chartering and alternatives analysis through to project closure

Experience in 3PL warehousing integration and inventory management

Bonus:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with sales channel platforms integration

NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation certification

Project Management certifications

Experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques
