The Role

As the Netsuite Inventory Control Manager you will be responsible for inventory, admin and support functions for multiple locations:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement inventory accounting processes that ensure accuracy of inventory records and transactions.
• Perform daily transaction audits of production (assembly & disassembly), shipping, receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Makes corrections to transactions as necessary to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Responsible for receiving, verifying and inputting inventory invoices into the NetSuite ERP system.
• Review month-end inventory reports for accuracy and prepare any corrections to inventory in the system prior to month-end close.
• Research and resolve any variances that impact the financial statements and inventory accuracy.
• Manage purchase orders for inventory purchase transactions, including maintaining a schedule of expected receipts and tracking purchases through delivery and payment.
• Oversee and review the setup of new inventory items in the ERP system for B2B and B2C Ecommerce transactions.

YOU

To be a good fit for this role you should have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 4+ years' experience in inventory management
• Minimum 4+ years experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good to excellent Excel skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to work closely with internal materials personnel, Director of Operations, Accounting, external suppliers and auditors
• Ability to produce thorough, accurate, and high-quality work product
• Organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
