Job Description:

As a NetSuite Consultant specializing in accounting, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial processes and systems. You'll have the opportunity to serve our clients by leveraging your expertise in NetSuite and accounting practices to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure, customize, and implement NetSuite solutions to meet clients' accounting needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize NetSuite for accounting tasks.
• Analyze financial data and recommend best practices for financial reporting and analysis within NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve accounting and system-related issues.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to provide proactive guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Significant experience (3+ years) as a NetSuite Consultant.
• NetSuite certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with clients and internal teams.
• A passion for helping clients improve their financial processes.

Conditions of Employment:

• Must pass a Background check and Drug Test
• Work Status - US Citizen (no C2C, C2H or Contract)
• Based in the US
• 100% Remote

• Compensation $90k - $120k DOE plus bonus based on billable hours.
