A client in the Fort Lauderdale metro area is seeking to hire a NetSuite Consultant for a long-term NetSuite optimization project. In this role, the selected candidate will help our client with a large data migration, accounting clean-up, and user training. This role will be primarily remote with occasional on-site visits on an as-needed basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform data migration of new subsidiaries to NetSuite
- Resolve issues with mapping of chart of accounts
- Own multi-book accounting implementation
- Review business processes, find efficiencies, and streamline
- Create reports, saved searches, KPI's, etc.
- Document new processes, train end-users and ensure adoption
- Generate financial reports to bring company into the current year
- Assist with external audits
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Controller/CFO in a NetSuite ERP environment
- Active CPA candidates preferred
- NetSuite implementation experience (at least 3 in the last 5 years)
- Working knowledge of GASB standards
- NetSuite multi-book accounting implementation experience
- Able to travel on-site occasionally
