Company and Overview:

• Our new client is an E-Commerce company in business for almost 10 years and has been experiencing rapid growth!
• Due to growth, they are looking to bring on a contract to hire Financial Controller/ NetSuite Administrator with expertise in NetSuite on a long term contractual basis to join their small team.

• Position is 100% remote full time. Must be available between 9-5 M-F
• Reports directly to the CEO

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

• Handle month end close activities
• Assist with reconciliations and analysis
• Understand business model and review company's current SOP and suggest advice on how to improve and streamline processes
• Work with CEO to implement new processes and procedures
• Train accounting team on NetSuite

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelors in Accounting or related required
• Advanced Excel skills required (ability to do pivot tables, mapping, filtering, handle large amounts of data)
• 7-15 years' accounting experience and 3 years' demonstrated experience as a Controller
• Extensive experience using and teaching others how to use Oracle NetSuite required
• E-commerce industry experience a plus
• Quick learner and good problem solving and investigation skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
