Overview:

CohnReznick is seeking experienced NetSuite resources to join its ERP and Enterprise Technology Solutions practice
-
Role can be virtual but close proximity to one of our offices is preferable (NY metro, Boston metro, DC metro)
-
Flexibility and ability to safely travel to our clients is typically required during certain stages of the project
-
Working with CohnReznick clients, manage overall coordination of client NetSuite projects, from planning through implementation
-
Perform requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration and testing of NetSuite
-
Conduct the various phases of an implementation methodology as appropriate (SDLC, waterfall, agile, hybrid)
What you will do and need:
-
Extensive implementation and product experience with Oracle NetSuite in a consulting role or as a member of a client team
-
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite; additional experience with other ERP systems a plus
-
Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make project presentations.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-sufficient and self-starting
-
Functional expertise in one or more process domains: finance/accounting, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing
-
Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology or service industries

Expert in the use of Microsoft Project, Visio and other PMO tools and templates
As a project manager, you can expect to:
-
Create project charters and project plans
-
Organize and run steering committee meetings to provide management oversight and guidance to the project team.

Conduct resource requirements analysis and scheduling, including estimated project work effort for both client and consulting resources.

Direct and guide business, technical and 3rd party solution provider resources.

Perform status reporting.

Monitor project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of the information

Record impacts from any changes during the project
-
Coordinate the issue escalation process for making business and monetary decisions, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.

Advise on areas of scope, phase management, and technical architecture.

Identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required
-
Obtain acceptance by client and close the project
-
Conduct post-project review and document lessons learned
-
Knowledge transfer and mentor client assigned project leads for them to become self-sufficient.

Communicate project updates including status, risks, issues, and escalations.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
Travel may be required
