About the Role

Our team is looking for a NetSuite Engineer responsible for implementing, administering, and continuing improvement of the NetSuite ERP system at Rho.

Responsibilities:

* Configure new software systems based on user requirements.
* Proactively monitor, identify, document, and resolve ongoing day to day business issues pertaining to system functionality.
* Development of Scripts and Workflows to Enhance NetSuite.
* Create, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations.
* Interface with business users to drive solutions in a timely manner.
* Conducts unit testing of all development work performed.
* Assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes and driving resolutions as needed.
* Manage from start to finish the overall analysis, testing and execution process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.
* Improve existing systems or processes by assessing the current state and recommending alternative feasible solutions.
* Write and maintain documentation for ongoing technical support and training documentation for business users.
* Assist business teams with data validation as needed. Write automated data validation scripts to ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Mathematics or Engineering).
* 4+ years of experience with NetSuite customizations platforms, including SuiteScript (V1 and V2), Suiteflow, Suitetalk and SuiteBuilder.
* NetSuite Administrator or User Certification such as SuiteFoundation and ERP consultation is a strong plus.
* Strong experience in SQL is required.
* Experience in administering and customizing NetSuite ERP.
* Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object oriented programming.
* Experience in implementing accounting and/or financial reporting systems.
* Data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines experience.
* Experience with various systems architectures including client-server, web-based, service oriented.
