NetSuite Consultant

California – Fully Remote

$160,000 with bonus and benefits

We are currently working with a well renowned emerging NetSuite Partner on an exciting NetSuite Consultant role. The successful candidate will have opportunities to continuously learn and grow ensuring customer centricity is at the forefront of the business. The NetSuite Consultant will work directly with businesses to provide consulting services and closely with customers to facilitate their business requirements into optimal NetSuite functionality.

The candidate will work as a team with other consultants to understand the business implementation needs ensuring configuration and customization of the NetSuite application to exceed expectations. The business is receptive to varying levels of experience, but NetSuite experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert NetSuite consulting services to assess client’s implementation needs.
• Act as primary liaison of all NetSuite related matters such as functionality, maintenance, design, troubleshooting etc.
• Ensure client requirements are fulfilled when performing configuration tasks and setting up NetSuite dashboards.
• Drive the optimisation process to facilitate the client requirements with the technical developers.
• Develop and test detailed scripted solutions and prototypes.
• Assist with cleansing and importing client data.
• Provide continued assistance to optimise both user adoption and NetSuite configuration post implementation.

Qualifications

• NetSuite / ERP implementation experience essential.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Accounting, or related degree.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• NetSuite Administrator certification desirable.
