Description

Piper Companies is currently seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing data from multiple sources and research, resolve issues, and create reports using Business Intelligence platforms to help users make informed decisions to maximize the organizations profitability. This role will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities of the NetSuite Business Analyst

  • Design, develop and deploy solutions in the Business Intelligence platform (NetSuite)
  • Manage new Business Intelligence solution requests from across the business and translate these requests into technical requirements
  • Oversee the design, development, production, and distribution of KPI/OKR reports
  • End user point of contact for all internal clients (Sales, Operations, Client Success, Product)

Skill and requirements of the NetSuite Business Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Development
  • Experience in Accounting and Finance strongly preferred
  • Experience in Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence/Analytics role required
  • 2 - 5 years experience using NetSuite Required
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT)
  • Strong skills in SuiteScript, specifically in the CRM and ERP capacities
  • experience with Zapier, Javascript, SQL strongly preferred
  • Understanding or working experience of ETL concepts
