Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a NetSuite Analyst in our Louisville, CO location.

The NetSuite Analyst will be responsible for the NetSuite ERP and associated 3rd party application integrations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring all platforms are operating effectively. To be successful, this person will need in-depth knowledge of the NetSuite platform, ideally in a CPG, B2C/B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be positive, uplifting, with the ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and work collaboratively across the organization.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain, and support NetSuite ERP Platform and associated integrations.
  • Work with business to define requirements and business objectives.
  • Work with internal staff and suppliers to configure and support the NetSuite environment.
  • Coordinate testing and user acceptance of system changes & enhancements.
  • Develop training plans for users regarding system usage, changes, and enhancements.
  • Monitor application systems performance and capacity utilization.
  • Stay up to date on related industry trends and best practices.
  • Work with functional business management to maintain business processes, data management/analytics, and related documentation & training materials.
  • Ability to manage and maintain all resources NetSuite, business processes, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and roles.
  • Support NetSuite business users and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate future ERP needs.
  • Communicate effectively with Executives and the organization to identify needs and propose solutions and strategies.
  • Ability to create NetSuite reports and searches to support other departments within the organization to meet their objectives.
  • Ability to configure financial planning and budgeting using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting module.

Ideal Candidates have the following traits:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules.
  • Familiarity with system integration tools, and experience managing integrations with third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong bias for customer service and follow-through.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary
