As the NetSuite Administrator with our client, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform to meet the evolving needs of the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that NetSuite is used efficiently and effectively to support the operational processes. This role will require a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite to align with business processes, including creating custom fields, workflows, and scripts as needed.
  • User Support: Provide user support and training to ensure that employees can effectively use NetSuite, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to optimize user experience.
  • System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain NetSuite records, roles, permissions, and configurations to keep the system running smoothly.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business-critical systems.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity by monitoring data quality, cleaning up duplicates, and performing data migrations as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes, customizations, and best practices for reference.
  • System Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and recommend enhancements and new features to improve business processes.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Willingness to stay current on NetSuite updates and industry best practices.
