TITLE: NETSUITE ADMINISTRATORLocation: AtlantaA growing analytics firm is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join the head office.  The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the administration and continued improvement of the NetSuite ERP system.  You will act as the SME for the NetSuite environment.   Responsibilities:* Build and deliver NetSuite solutions for optimizing the usability and functionality of the system including customization and configuration (via SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud), integration and support case resolution* Perform mass updates on a schedule or by demand* Troubleshoot and maintain the NetSuite platform and associated scripts; conduct root cause analysis for any issues found in the platform and debug and resolve issues as a primary contact of application support* Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles* Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles, partners and associated accounts/roles, Workflow design, maintenance, and troubleshooting* Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations* Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform* Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track performance. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a top university* 5+ years of as a Systems Administrator* 4+ years of solid NetSuite Admin experience with an advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, Building Reports)* Ability to update/create workflows to automate manual tasks & perform data migration (CSV imports) activities* Experience in customization of reports, KPI's, dashboards, saved searches, and workflows within the NetSuite platform* Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a team environment to resolve issues and develop new features* Excellent communication skills* Ability to present ideas concisely and gain stakeholder buy-in About Infinity Consulting Solutions At Infinity Consulting Solutions our mission is to cultivate successful long term relationships with candidates and clients matching the right candidate with the right client.
