We currently have a remote job opportunity for a NetSuite Administrative Support professional, the client is using NetSuite as their ERP across all functions as a source of record for various data. This role will be part of a small team, developing and managing processes within NetSuite and providing support to users across the enterprise.
- Build and edit saved searches within NetSuite
- Submit tickets for larger projects where applicable
- Answer queries from business and users relative to locating data or reports
Develop and edit reports based on requests from the business
Provide end-user training and documentation as requested
- Support roll-out of Departmental Dashboards and KPIs
Create new and/or optimize existing Advanced Workflows
Perform new release testing and documentation
- Provide general support to IT team
Strong experience creating user training documents
- Creation of NetSuite dashboards on request
- Design and document test plans and report test results
Create table of support to provide to the business based on queries
