NetSuite Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Administer NetSuite and interconnected systems
  • Manage user access, permissions, single sign-on for internal and external users
  • Maintain system uptime, stability, and functionality
  • Be a key contributor on the NetSuite implementation team to work closely with the Integrator to launch NetSuite successfully
  • Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting activities related to back-end system management and front-end user portal
  • Primary interface with vendor support
  • Work with NetSuite implementation partners to ensure all installations, upgrades, and integrations are performed correctly
  • Define, plan and execute change management to support communication and transition activities
  • Facilitate execution of business functions including order to cash, procure to pay, sales order generation, pricing management, quote generation, order fulfilment, item receipts
  • Create fields, workflow rules, saved searches, custom reports, custom scripts, and dashboards
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress by working with end users to understand business needs to identify best solutions to drive system improvement
  • Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of all improvement programs
  • Build executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or comparable experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working in finance/accounting systems administration with minimum of 2 years working with NetSuite, including ERP, eCommerce, and CRM
  • Experience managing complex IT projects
  • EDI/API experience, including integrating with 3rd party applications
  • SuiteScript Experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
