The Advanced Customer Support team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a director-level consultant. This role requires proficiency and acumen working with C-Level executives and senior leaders (both internal and external) to foster mutual accountability and form a joint plan for success. ACS is an acknowledged authority within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), providing subject matter expertise and consulting services to the GBU's largest, strategic and most challenging customers around the globe.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Advise and enable our customers on optimum approaches to complex challenges based on Best Practice and Industry trends. Serve as liaison on all things ERP to Go-To-Market, Engineering, Client Management, Sales, Consulting & Support organizations

+ Participate in the identification and documentation of customer's NetSuite value gaps leveraging our proprietary SuiteReview methodology

+ Participate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and consensus with the Customer of same and work with customers to remediate highest priority gaps

+ Architect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components

+ Embrace leadership roles toward improvement of the team. Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members

+ Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

+ Follow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our Customers

+ _Renewals_ : Customer renewals for continued annual recurring revenue. Continued customer follow-up and interaction can help avoid last minute surprises

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives across internal customer facing teams using solid understanding of the ERP business process domain, Customer requirements & expectations and Oracle + NetSuite's ERP functionality

+ _Promotes:_ Work closely with Account Management to promote Product and Service expansions to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) of our customers

**Preferred Qualifications include:**

+ 8+ years of overall relevant domain experience in General Business, Manufacturing, Retail, Software, Services, or Technology vertical markets

+ Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience _- competing ERP offerings may be considered_

+ Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and/or integrations

+ Strong communication skills with sustained C-suite interactions

+ Ability to evolve and influence Customer business processes based on leading practices

+ Passion for driving Customer satisfaction

+ Project and/or team leadership experience

+ Finance and/or Accounting professional and/or academic background a plus

+ NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications are a plus

+ Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate.

**Responsibilities**

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical/professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.

10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Management or team leadership experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to lead large teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed. **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)**

New York City Pay Range: from $127,400 to $256,500 per annum; eligible for bonus, equity, and may be eligble for compensation deferral.

Colorado Pay Range: from $127,400 to $243,000 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
