Description

Seeking a Business Solution Architect who has experience with either Netsuite or Salesforce .Ideal candidate will have exposure to both. The Architect will work closely with functionals leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business solutions.

Essential Functions:
* Build accurate NetSuite and Salesforce reports/searches as required by the business.
* Design and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customization, scripting, and workflows.
* Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, forms, records, saved searches and reports, and standardize the process that governs these changes.
* Design custom centers, tabs, and dashboards, within NetSuite, that make the system efficiently navigable for each role.
* Maintain proper system access for all users and roles and ensure the system is maintained in a clean and organized manner that is always "audit ready'.
* Responsible for the overarching systems design and systems architecture for all Salesforce applications.
* Work with partners and customers to communicate the technical aspect of the product and develop solutions for their particular needs.
* Experience of full software delivery lifecycle including capturing business requirements, developing solutions, user testing & training, post go-live support and optimization.
* Train NetSuite and Salesforce Users as needed.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
* 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and NetSuite environments.
* 5+ years solution architect and project delivery experience.
