Accounting Clerk with NetSuite ERP
Roanoke, VA

In this role you will:

Support and oversee the supply chain process including the month end close process, Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and customer billing.
Collect, categorize, calculate, verify and enter data into NetSuite to maintain accurate records
Reconcile credit card statements, Prepare weekly financial reports, Maintain weekly forecasting for shipping in excel and Daily customer billing via EDI
Maintain updated vendor files
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, issues

Must have excellent data entry skills, Knowledge of NetSuite, setting up dashboards, and processing.

Knowledge of Inventory management and production control a plus

3-5 years within a manufacturing environment utilizing NetSuite
